Great website ordering service, simple and very quick. Sadly arrived to pick up Pizzas and it took an extra 25 minutes for our order. No apologies for delay, really poor service and attitude. The website gives no update as to when pizzas would actually be ready, which is fine if getting a delivery, which is probably what 90% of people do nowadays but if picking up, you’re sat waiting. Pizzas were a 7 at best.

Ordered a garlic bread with cheese and a five cheese 14” pizza which was incredible, soft doughy base was amazing and the staff were incredibly nice, will be my new local pizza for the area

Apart from the Southern Fried Chicken (which is great), the sides are all pretty average (looks and tastes like frozen wedges and chicken etc from the supermarket). But MY GOD do these guy's make a legit Pizza. Both my wife and I have come to realise that their pepperoni is the best pizza we've ever had. Every time we decide to order from there we're legitimately excited for it to arrive. Neither of us were ever fans if thin crust but seriously, you have to try this, it's amazing. But yeah, just a real shame about the quality of the sides. I hope one day they serve fries because there is nothing worse than soggy wedges (but again, the southern fried chicken is the exception for sure).

The excuse that the company That Pizza Place has no influence on how long any delivery app might say an order will take is unacceptable. Deliveries from this below par outfit are often late, cold and the manager never offers a discount or a genuine apology for their poor service.

Haven't ordered from here in about 15 years and I don't really know why. The food was excellent, the £30 family combo is ridiculously good value and delivery was prompt. There's a reason this place has been around so long.

I’m a big fan of supporting small businesses but unfortunately this one lost my vote. Standards of customer service are far below standard. Ordered of deliveroo then went to collect and saw advertisements for buy one get one free on Mondays and asked if they would honor it but they responded with “it’s not our fault you’re stupid for not doing your research and started verbally abusing me when I asked for my refund. I was told I couldn’t have a refund as I ordered through deliveroo!!!! Disgusting customer service. Such rude staff

Food has been great all 5 times we ordered and although waits can be slightly lengthy during peak hours, the food always arrives hot and fresh! Would 100% recommend.

My all time favourite pizza place. Their pizzas have a lovely thin base, they offer a great variety of toppings available and they are always cooked to perfection. Delivery is always prompt and everybody is super friendly.

Love this place, the pizzas are brilliant and are really nice and crispy, I am not a fan of domino's standard base it's too thick for me so these are great. Good price and do delivery which is great. Not tried 900 degrees yet but they look similar.

As many people do, I love pizzas. I've had them from a lot of places and I still believe to this day that this place sells the best pizzas I have ever had. Not only are they cheaper than most of the other local stores, they are thin based, crispy, and so full of flavour that I could probably eat 5 of them in a row. Usually when I order I don't bother having lunch so I can order more pizzas just for myself. I've recommended it to friends who have also told me it's much better than other local areas. Sometimes the delivery is a bit slow on certain nights, but the estimates they give on the phone are usually accurate so there wont be any surprise 1 hour delays, mentioning no names (Dominos).
