We went today and they were closed. Their website, Google and the opening times on the shop door all said they should be open. We had to travel so we did check they would be open. Disappointed, although the shop looks lovely

Was able to see the SNUG sofas I'm interested in up close. Great instore support too.

Left to look around without staff pestering so liked that. Very helpful when assistance requested. Left with a lighter pocket.
