The team have always been extremely helpful. In particular, Shannie was absolutely brilliant when I required some help with a prescription. Pharmacy’s can often look tired and neglected but this one feels well cared for and is both immaculate and efficient.

So glad the chemist was taken over by the most lovely people and wow its changed for the better , always willing to go the extra mile for all the customer & try there best to get anything you need if its not already in stock . Prescriptions done well you wait in minutes, service with a smile not like it previously was , used to wait forever . I can definitely say we have the best chemist ever . Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Writing this review for relatives. Shannie and staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They are very helpful and have helped us while we have all been house bound . The chemist before them had gone very down hill. So pleased that they are there for the community when we have been house

Shannie and Zeg are amazing! I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and it went so badly downhill, I was going to change pharmacies! The new management and staff have been fantastic from the start, extremely knowledgeable and always going above & beyond. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need, when you need it. They will do their best to offer a solution, no matter what the problem. I feel like we have our community pharmacy back and are getting a more personal experience, which I for one prefer over any production line!

I wish to commend the staff at Wilmslow Pharmacy (ex Lloyds). They are super efficient, helpful, kind - and extremely upbeat and cheerful. It is a pleasure to visit this shop. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic staff and service. So helpful. This pharmacy has been our local pharmacy for the past 11 years. After going downhill it has now been taken aver by a new company, and has a new manager Shannie, who is so helpful, knowledgable, and understanding. She has helped and supported us with numerous queries over our disabled daughter, the service has been fantastic , and the staff have gone above and beyond to help and ensure we have the prescriptions and support we need.

Absolutely amazing service. Shannie went above and beyond to source my medicine which there was a supply issue with and I struggled to find anywhere else locally. A complete lifesaver as I would have really struggled without it. Everyone in the pharmacy was absolutely lovely and friendly. Very highly recommended!

I had to order an emergency prescription last week, I was stressed out and feeling unwell. The new manger Shannie, sat me down gave me a glass of water and took care of everything for me. Shannie is super efficient and has wonderful people skills nothing is too much trouble for her. Thank you for an excelent Service.
