Do not care about anyone. Got half the prescription and told to come back next day at 15:00. Coming back next day on time, made to wait 15 mins then told they have “sold out”. Asked if they can reserve my order for next day and given the complete non answer of “it will be ok”. Go elsewhere if you have the choice. Update: coming back the next day to find the pharmacy is closed! They asked me to come back knowing full well that are not open the next day. I now have a small child without his medicine. There is something very wrong with these people.

Not wonderful, lady serving was pleasant enough but no sense of urgency in the place. No medications were in stock that were required on my script.

I have been phoning all day and continually for 2 hrs, no-one answers the phone. How can this be acceptable when peoples health is at risk???

Change of staff has resulted in a change of attitude. The one member of staff who was serving displayed such a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude that it was difficult not to be rude back. If you don’t like dealing with people then don’t work in a shop!

The staff are so unhelpful. In dire need of emergency medications and unable to contact the surgery and they would not help me. I am a doctor myself who understands the pressures of the NHS and understands how important it is to lend a hand to a collegue in need but this did not happen today and I am utterly disappointed.

Obviously due to social distancing but a queue of 10 people outside just to hand in their prescriptions BEFORE the obligatory wait for the meds. Why couldn’t they have someone at the door collecting the prescriptions instead of waiting 45 minutes to even get in to hand the prescription over.

The staff are always very pleasant and do a great job in dealing with the people who go in to collect whatever it is they are collecting. They never seem to lose their cool even under pressure. Top marks people and thanks very much!

This pharmacy does not seem to me to be adequately staffed. There are always queues and the staff do not seem to understand that they are dealing with people who are unwell, disabled etc. In spite of having several days between accepting the prescription and collection, it is never ready and another wait is involved. They should at least be able to manage a regular repeat prescription, but this seems to be beyond them.

I always seem to feel invisible when visiting the pharmacy but have stuck with them purely for convenience until today. Stood outside from 8.25 waiting for the door to open around 8.30. At 8.42 still stood so after calling them told the pharmacist hasn't arrived so can't open. Not an issue but at least tell people who are queing outside what is happening. Now late for work so thanks Well and also GOODBYE 😡😡

What can you say, It's a pharmacy. The staff are friendly and the opening hours are not too bad in that I can always get there after work to pick up prescriptions. At busy times parking is an issue and the council charge via pay and display which is a real shame. There is on road parking at certain times of the day but it's tight and dangerous in places.
