Okay service, unfortunately myself and my sales agent had to continually chase for information and did not receive regular updates, which made the sale process become longer than it needed to be or at least felt that way..

The sale of my property went very smoothly all thanks to Milena Brunt and Zenaira Abid. From beginning to completion they explained everything to me and kept me up-to-date. They were efficient, very competent, very friendly yet remained professional throughout. I can highly recommend them to anyone selling a property. Thank you Milena and Zenaira.

Aticus Law and our solicitor, Louise, where very helpful and accommodating in processing our claim which was resolved within good time and to our satisfaction. I found Louise very easy to speak with, very important given the somewhat intimidating nature of UK law. Our claims was related to a housing repair, all work has been completed now with additional issues resolved too. I highly recommend Aticus.

Overall would recommend but room for improvement. They were excellent at email response, even going as far as responding outside of office hours so I cannot find fault there. However, they are hard to get ahold of on the phone. Completed quickly on completion day, and kept me well informed as well as quick to update their documents if I requested amendment.

I recently sold an investment property using Aticus Law (specifically, Jade Worthington) as my conveyancers. Unfortunately, the sale fell through multiple times but Jade was always fast to reply to my communications and we eventually got it over the line. Solicitors I've used in the past have been painfully slow and impossible to get hold of - this is certainly not the case with Aticus. 10/10 I would use them again.

My wife and I recently used the services of Milena Brunt at Aticus Law Ltd on the recommendation of Andrew Nowell Estate Agents in Alderely Edge for what we hoped would be the straight forward sale of our property in Styal, Cheshire. The conveyance of our property and the barn conversion we eventually purchased in Shropshire turned out to be more complicated than expected caused by a number of factors, including losing the initial sale of our property due to our buyer losing their purchaser with the subsequent loss of the first barn we wished to purchase. We had another purchaser for our property who had initially viewed our property four months previously therefore they were impatient to move the sale forward as quickly as possible, although we subsequently changed our minds on the property we wished to purchase, thereby putting additional pressure on Milena to complete conveyancing on our new purchase as quickly as possible. The conveyancing process was made more complicated for Milena due to the fact that our buyer appeared to rely on both our estate agent and conveyancing solicitor for channelling his enquiries relating to his purchase instead of using the services of his own estate agent and solicitor. Our purchaser was pushing for an earlier completion date than would normally be expected on our barn purchase, but we were concerned that the chain might collapse unless the conveyance was completed in good time. Our buyer than put more pressure on all concerned by stating that his buyer had a mortgage offer which had to be completed within two weeks, although this later proved to be untrue. Despite the time pressure and problems of dealing with a buyer of our property who was very testing, including sending last minute queries, we were very pleased with the excellent service provided by Milena and highly recommend her professionalism.

Milena and her team recently completed a house purchase for us. We were incredibly impressed with the whole process which was done efficiently, smoothly and professionally.
