I was lucky enough to be bought 3 sessions for my birthday. I really looked forward to each session and really felt the benefit each time after suffering from a bad back and tight hamstrings. Gill was a pleasure to meet and I will definitely be seeing her again even though my gift has come to an end :)

I absolutely LOVE Gill's boxing class! She brings so much fun, energy and positivity to the class - in fact it has changed my attitude to fitness. I look forward to the class and enjoy every second of it, and genuinely feel fitter from it. I also bought my hubby a sports massage voucher for Christmas to help him with a sports injury and he was delighted with the experience. Highly recommend Gill for boxing classes, PT and massage.

I recently had the most wonderful sports massage with Gill. As a writer, I spend a lot of time hunched over my laptop, and my neck and shoulders are constantly knotted so it was a huge relief to feel those tight knots finally melt away. I've also had problems with my joints and felt at ease knowing that Gill has the knowledge, experience and expertise to tackle these. I felt like I was floating on air for the rest of the day and slept so well that night. I'm determined to prioritise my wellbeing and carve out some precious me time this year, and regular massages with Gill will be a huge part of this.

I started seeing Gill around three months ago for massage and after just a few initial sessions had noticed a real difference with a significant reduction in pain and improved mobility. Gill is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and provides a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a sports massage.

I’ve been seeing Gill for a number of years for chronic stress and tension in my shoulders and back. Everyone I have been to previously has been incredibly painful, since finding Gill she is able to release the tension pain free! I started personal training with Gill a few years ago as well taking part in her weekly boxing classes. I love her approach, it was so important for me to train with someone I connect with and who understands me and my goals. Gill is so friendly and relaxed, down to earth and really cares about her clients and their progress. My sessions are always really enjoyable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I started seeing Gill a few months ago for massages, having neglected my neck and shoulders for years after having children. After just two sessions I started to notice the difference and now plan to see her religiously every 8 weeks to keep myself in check! She is really lovely, warm and friendly.

From the moment I met her, Gill was very welcoming and friendly. I visited Gill due to stiffness in my neck and problems with my SI joint. After just one session, my neck felt much easier and I felt I had a better range of movement; Gill also offered advice on my posture and suggested simple exercises to do at home. I now visit Gill for regular massages and have felt a huge benefit from these regular sessions. I would highly recommend Gill, she is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jayne Dickinson

I started seeing Gill about 6 months ago for sports massage and I cannot believe how much more movement I have in my neck and shoulders again. It’s a great experience , she’s so friendly and funny but she works so hard and gets the deep knots out, she’s a miracle worker! I recommend her to all my friends and clients because she’s great at what she does. When I leave I just feel so revitalised.

I highly recommend Gill for her Sports Massage and Personal Training skills! I first visited Gill for a massage due to really poor posture and stiffness. Gill is very knowledgeable and has helped relieve my knots, I always leave feeling great. After having my baby I have had weekly PT sessions with Gill. I have seen such a great improvement in my core strength and overall fitness. Gill has made exercising fun and varied. Thank you Gill for helping me feel great again and even holding my baby during a session when I struggled with childcare.
