Sally has walked me through such a positive and productive journey through our sessions. She has helped me to reflect honestly and believe in myself to take steps that I’d only previously fantasised about. Sally has allowed me to appreciate my true worth and has educated me in ways to better showcase those strengths through a Skills based CV and the use of LinkedIn. Thanks to Sally, I now feel more confident approaching companies to enquire about positions as well as being prepared for interview questioning. As a result of Sally’s incredible support and guidance, I have left a teaching role that was sucking me dry and successfully applied for a completely different role in a very different sector; I never would have had the confidence to even apply for this role before I signed up to Sally’s Career Coaching lessons. Sally’s sessions were never meant to be therapeutic and cathartic, rather, focused heavily on my professional ability to see my worth and sell myself to future employers. However, it was, at times, emotional and challenging, and Sally was kind, patient and wise in her observations and supportive advice. Sally has provided me with an outstanding service and an experience I am deeply appreciative of. I would recommend Sally and her Career Coaching in the highest regard and without reservation.

Sally is an excellent coach. She is supportive and positive and knows exactly the right questions she needs to ask to help. She has encouraged me to reflect on my own values and skills and in turn use these insights to develop a CV worthy of sharing with others. Each session has had a clear outcome and, by asking the right questions, Sally has enabled me to focus my thinking and identify what I'm looking for in a career and take the right steps to reach my goals. I would highly recommend you get in touch with her.

I am so thankful for my coaching sessions with Sally. She has helped me tremendously by providing guidance, structure and support as I evaluate my career and future plans. I felt comfortable and able to be open very early on with Sally due to her warm, friendly and encouraging approach. Each session had a clear objective which was mutually agreed upon and I was always amazed at how much we achieved together in the time we had. In addition, Sally was so invested in my journey that outside of the sessions themselves she was always there to not only answer questions but proactively share materials, resources and very helpful contacts. I have gained confidence and a more positive mindset towards opportunities and the control I have over my own career and I will definitely be keeping in touch with Sally!

Sally was recommended to me at a time when I was trying to take my career in a new direction. From the get-go, all discussions with Sally were extremely positive, professional & encouraging, but at the same time action oriented. She helped me identify where the gaps were & also discussed exactly how we would tackle them. We specifically decided to work on 1) revising my CV 2) restructuring my LinkedIn profile and 3) creating a step-by-step plan of action on how I would network and increase the visibility of my profile in the target professional groups. I believe the sessions with Sally have brought me immense clarity on how to proceed & tremendously improved my confidence. I would highly recommend working with her if you need a career coach! Absolutely stellar!

I contacted Sally to see if she could help me with a career change as I wanted to move from Primary School teaching into a career with a better work life balance but didn't have a clue where to start as I had no experience in any other line of work. I had an initial zoom meeting with Sally who explained how she could help me. After this initial meeting I had four one hour sessions each focusing on different things. Session 1 - Finding my unique and personal skills and qualities and ensuring that any jobs I applied for in the future fitted around me and my family rather than living to work. To do this we created a one page profile that I will always use from now on. So clear and concise and helped me to gather my thoughts. I always came back to this when looking at jobs to apply for. Session 2 - Building a CV. Sally was extremely helpful and created an excellent CV with me to ensure my transferable teaching skills were showcased and applicable to other roles outside of teaching. Sally is very knowledgeable on what makes a good CV and I learnt so much from this. Session 3 - Looking at Linkedin as I had never created a professional profile before. Sally talked me through step by step the best way to create a profile to sell myself and network with potential future employers. Session 4 - In this session we originally agreed to focus on networking,. however, during this time I was offered an interview for the first role I applied for with Sally's support and coaching. Sally was very flexible and we changed this session to focus on interview preparation and techniques. Sally provided me with questions and supporting materials to help prepare me for this. She even went through answer structures and this gave me the confidence to succeed in my interview. I was fortunate to be offered the position and I truly believe I have Sally to thank for this. Sally is a supportive and comprehensive coach who has equipped me with a new set of skills to be able to apply and interview for positions outside of teaching with so much more confidence. She helped me to understand how to find a career that will give me job satisfaction and fulfilment as well as a work life balance. Sally you are amazing, I will always recommend you to anybody who needs career coaching. Thank you so much for everything. I would not hesitate to come back to you in the future.

I contacted Sally when I was at a crossroads in my career, in need of support and guidance for where to go next. Sally was incredibly helpful and professional throughout our coaching sessions, and went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful period of my life both personally and professionally. I've been really impressed with Sally and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for career guidance, be it a small 'nudge' in the right direction or guidance over several in-depth sessions. Thank you Sally!

Sally is encouraging, warm and passionate. After being made redundant 18 months ago, I had applied for several jobs, most of which I didn't even really want but out of desperation, I felt I had to do. As none of these jobs was clearly suited to me I wasn't even getting interviews. I connected with Sally via LinkedIn and we started our first session back in January. We begin with a Career Mind Map to drill down what it was I actually wanted to do and then Values, Skills and CV writing. I had massive confidence issues and anxiety just at the thought of an interview. Sally’s kind and generous nature provided me with encouragement and gave me the confidence back I so greatly needed. Not long after I was offered two interviews so we worked on interview techniques and competency questions. Fast forward to March, I have just been offered the most fabulous job and I can’t thank Sally enough for her support through my journey. I would highly recommend Sally’s Career Coaching, to help you find your confidence again or even if you want to change direction but are at a loss of where to go.
