Ordered 5L tub of Zoffany paint. It arrived as Serpentine and not Ink as i thought i had ordered. Thought this wouldn't be an issue and called to return and was advised they dont accept refunds - paint tub is un-opened and delivered moments ago. I did not receive an order confirmation and therefore wasnt able to even spot this. Now left with a large sealed tub of paint costing £90 which is useless when if returned they can resell?

Only purchased through Chapel as they had a promotion on, however I wish I hadn’t bothered as the customer service is absolutely terrible. Will spare myself the headache and go direct to the manufacturer next time.

Brilliant! This is the 3rd time I ordered Little Greene paints from Chapel Interiors and I am very impressed with the consistency in their service. I found exactly the colours and volumes required quickly on the website and my order was delivered in express time. Definitely my go to online retailer, highly recommended!

Great experience and would definitely use them again. Cannot fault the customer service received especially by Jade. We ordered 14 pots of paint and even though they were very well packed 2 arrived damaged, replacements were sent out promptly. Highly recommend

Was let down by B&Q when ordering some Craig & Rose Paint after waiting a week for click & collect and it never turned up. Found these guys stocked and was amazed to receive the item delivered less than 24 hours later - would definitely use again and recommend.

I purchased RONSEAL RSLSWUTGP25L Stays ULT/Tough Gloss Paint, White, 2.5 Litre on the 22nd of February 2023. I used the paint that weekend and it made a burn in my T-shirt and I received a small chemical burn on my stomach. As I purchased through Amazon I was replied by a lady called Jade. Very unhelpful and not concerned at all about any health and safety aspects. She didn’t ask for a batch number etc and advised me to contact the manufacturer. So, unfortunately I have had to raise this with Amazon directly where the management team in the sellers department and are dealing with my concerns. I appreciate this is a small business but if another customer had a worse reaction to this paint of this batch it may cause more damage. I’d advise you to be very careful.

I always try and support local shops and the service i received from Barry and Paul was exceptional . They went out of their way to help me with a specific colour. The old fashioned service ! very professional and knowledgeable . Why would you go for paint anywhere else? Many thanks .
