Always go here for our tree and never been disappointed. This year I was helped to choose by a really nice lad called Christopher. He was supremely knowledgeable and helped load the tree into the car. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you!

Advertised pick your own tree to be cut down but the pickings are slim. There were not very many Nordman Firs above 3 foot available to pick and have cut down, There were plenty of the other varieties though. The Pre cut tree selection is massive, and the staff are very helpful and will show you any tree you like. The downside to precut is that these were not very fresh, probably from elsewhere and driven down on a lorry hence why they’re so squished out of the net. With a freshly cut tree and proper care they last from the beginning of December and well into January. We had this delivered on the 5th, it’s now the 19th and it’s looking tired and dropping needles when knocked, again only something you see right at the end when the trees dried out. Lesson learnt, we will go else where next year.

Visited ivy cottage tree farm today, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful really friendly on arrival and throughout! The tree selection was immense there were still some left in the field without tags and we found an absolute gem and really affordable.

Always a lovely place to visit at this time of year, best place by far to get a tree and each time we go by fluke it snows which adds to the lovely Christmas feel

Great selection of lovely looking trees. Staff very helpful. They freshly cut the base for you on purchase, so the tree can drink. It's these small things... very impressed!

Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A huge amount of trees to choose from, we are looking forward to going back in December to chop our chosen tree down, the children enjoyed looking for all the animal and dinosaur status. Would highly recommend this Lovely tree farm

Got our Christmas tree from here. It's fantastic. Usually in the past we've been to Delamere but Ivy Cottage is much better. Everyone is so friendly and you can go and pick a tree from the field which they will cut for you if you want. We got a 6ft pine one and it was about half the price of what we would usually pay. It was busy and muddy. Bring walking boots or a change of shoes. Parking ok on site or nearby road. Coffee van on site. Card payments taken.

Came here with a 7 and 3 year old. They really enjoyed it. We took about an hour to walk around

Definitely got our money's worth, my 2, 3 &6 year old loved the whole experience
