I texted Mark late on the evening of the Wednesday and he came round on the following day lunchtime and had opened the locked door (key was snapped in the lock) and had replaced the lock mechanism in full within an hour. We have a door that couldn’t be opened from the outside even though it wasn’t locked because it had a key on the inside. I called Mark and he said it could be opened through the letterbox if I could get to the handle. I tried with a coat hanger but couldn’t apply enough pressure so he came straight round and did it in 10 seconds using a special tool and without charging a fortune to change the lock. Would definitely recommend.

Called yesterday, went for the cheapest price by far as some of the prices quoted were ridiculous. After our emergency, Mark arrived very quickly and got our locks changed very fast !
