Excellent service and car when bought from Ross at Chester, great professional input from Max at Wilmslow when I needed support to understand the electronic systems, young lady even brought me a coffee while Max sorted my car. Cannot recommend the customer focused Team more highly know where my next BMW will come from

Terrible customer service My car has been in 3 weeks sine end Nov 23 and no progress. You can't get through to the service department. They don't return calls and they don't answer emails. They don't acknowledge written instructions. I have a time sensitive repair and they can't get the part until END JAN 2024 It's a joke

2rd new car bought from them. Nice smooth process. Good price too. Will be back soon for a M2😁

Just a poor experience in general really. This review is coming from someone who’s with Porsche currently and considering changing to BMW, the cars are desirable the service less so. Cannot get a test drive of a BMW m4 even though I’m a straight forward, keen buyer. Worse, can’t even get a call back to discuss. Have rang both Wilmslow and Warrington branches and both promised calls back and not delivered. It feels borderline insanity that I’m having to follow up to try and book a test drive on a car I’m already keen on and have stated so. Porsche customer service is much much better.

Service department totally chaotic, disorganised, uncaring and unprofessional. Description of booked job did not match what was actually booked and initially refused to do the work that had been booked and agreed. Waited 50 minutes to collect car as they had lost the paperwork despite fining to say that the car was ready to collect. Totally disorganise running hither and thither. Printed bill eligible….. I’m sure that the mechanics ate competent and trustworthy but the Customer Service team is very much lacking.

Appalling experience !!! and a very rude Service advisor, the car was in for 1 day first 1000 mile service , I was then told they had ran out of oil so I wouldn't get the car back until the following day I asked for a courtesy car that they eventually agreed to, we were charged £ 2.00 per litre fuel on return even though we were given a much smaller car and the inconvenience of running around after them !!! they think because its Wilmslow business is guaranteed, well myself and two of my colleagues will not be returning. I would suggest some staff training and perhaps start with manners !!!!

Took my car in for it's 3 year warranty check over, told them I had an issue with the rear indicator failing occasionally. Was told there was no issue and sent on my way. Car has just failed it's MOT for the rear indicator. Nice one guys.

I was booked in for an MOT at 0930, but due to them booking in 12 people instead of 8, my car didn’t get seen to until 11.08am. What made it worse, upon arrival, not a single person had the courtesy acknowledge me to see what I was in for, until Simon collected my Keys at 11:08am. When my car did go in for an MOT , it failed on a tyre, in which they said it would be £289 to fix, however the approved dealer, Williams just up the road, can do it for £260 for the same tyre and another dealer (non bmw approved), the same tyre fitted at £209.09. Just overall a poor level of service and inflated price at this branch. I probably would have paid it if the service was good, but I’m reluctant after this experience. I Called up later that day to speak to the service manager at 5pm and was told a manager would get back to by the end of the day (6:30pm). As suspected, no call was made back to me, which added frustration

Very poor service, false information & advice Told me by 2 different people over the phone to bring my vehicle in by-recovery truck so it will get seen to within 72 hours. After paying recovery £120 and called them it’s in its way they accepted that but when I took the vehicle to them told me they have nothing available till 2 weeks either leave my car or take it back never trust this place or what they tell you so disappointing 😡

Took my X1 here after receiving a recall letter. Staff were polite and very attentive. A big thank you to Amie who completed all the paperwork and explained everything clearly to me. The car was complimentary washed and vacuumed to a good standard.
