Visited here yesterday (4.8.2023) with my fiancé to pick out our wedding perfume. We found all the staff so lovely and attentive, very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful without being pushy which we found in most other stores that day. It’s sad to see all of the negative reviews about the staff as we had a lovely experience of them. We left feeling so happy about our choice in perfume and shall definitely be returning!

Very snooty, I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman( you know the scene, if you are over a certain age). I totally believe they racial profile too however they will not admit to it. This store can not carry on this way, serious training issues. If they carry on this way they will have no shop or job to go too. People of colour, all races live everywhere, inc Wilmslow.!!!!!!!

My mum was made to feel so unwelcomed and small and left feeling quite upset and like she didn’t belong here. I have been 3 times since it reopened and felt the exact same and have heard this from many people. It is the worst customer service I have ever known. Extremely disappointed that they are still treating people like this and it’s totally uncalled for and unacceptable. I love Space NK but will never shop in this store again because of their behaviour and attitude. I have heard this from numerous people feeling the same. They should really start to understand that every person deserves to shop in there and leave their judgemental attitude at home. Very unkind people.

Staff weren’t welcoming, they didn’t offer any help and just chatted amongst themselves, after purchasing what we came for, when leaving we were struggling with the pram and the door, it would have been nice for the lady stood close to the door to offer assistance as other shops had done.

As everyone else is saying..terrible staff go elsewhere or even better online so you don’t have to deal with moody, stuck up staff.
You’re working in an average make up shop not a 5* hotel :)

Visited the store yesterday and was very disappointed with the service I received. Myself and my sister felt very uncomfortable and we were being closely followed around the store with very little assistance or even a friendly approach. The sales staff were very unwelcoming from the minute we came into the store which was a stark contrast to how other non-ethnic customers were being approached. If you don’t do anything at the very least members of staff should learn to leave their conscious bias and discrimination outside the store and treat everybody with the same level of respect.

Sadly not sure if it’s a new set of staff? But we popped in on Saturday unfriendly, looked miserable a family member popped into the shop and had the same experience what a shame!! A great shop just won’t be going in again due to staff ☹️👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I just want to say how lovely and welcoming the staff were today - not only did the ladies introduce themselves, help me, perfectly match a Laura Mercia foundation for me (which I’m excited to try) they seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. (I’m ashamed to say I’ve forgotten everyone’s names Though 🤦🏻♀️) In summary, super friendly staff who made me feel very welcome indeed. Looking forward to popping back in soon :)
