Outstanding service, a model of what customer service should be. 1) Detailed information online about refurbished machines -- this let me make a fully informed choice, with no guesswork as to what I was getting. 2) Quick service -- as I was in the area only for a short time, they quickly prepared my machine for pickup. Purchase was 5 pm on day, pickup 10 am the next morning. Impressive. 3) After-purchase support -- 2 months after purchase, I migrated data from my old computer to the new one, but the new machine locked up. I called CheshireMacs, who quickly diagnosed the problem as having chosen migration via wireless connection, which frequently fails. They stepped me through the whole process of rebooting the new machine. They gave clear, step-by-step instructions for how to complete a new migration, inviting me to call if I wanted to be stepped through that. 4) They value and support customers -- Every step of the way, ChesireMacs really valued me as a customer. They were quite happy to take the time needed: First, in arranging the quick pickup. Second, in showing me the new machine and getting me set up. Third, in after-purchase support. I felt, and still do feel, both valued and supported as a customer. Friendly, gold-standard customer service, combined with very competitive prices and rare clarity about the details of refurbished machines for sale. I'll be a repeat customer and recommend these guys without reservation.

I woke up one morning after a lightning storm to find my 2014 iMac had fried. Having had them fix a blown motherboard in the same Mac, they were my first choice to call. I dropped off my Mac that afternoon and picked it up fixed the following morning. From fried to fixed in 24 hours. I’ve used Cheshire Macs three times now and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Awesome service! Cheshire Macs saved me both the cost of a whole new Macbook (ouch!) with a 2017 Macbook Pro battery replacement - do NOT try that yourself ;-) These guys were the only place that could do it within a day - Apple quoted 7-10 DAYS!! They were also a lot more cost effective which is always welcome. Anyway, highly recommended, very friendly service and quick turnaround, essential when you don't have a backup.

So pleased to find a local company with a physical location for a refurb following some pretty awful experiences with online giants including music magpie and amazon. First class customer service, every message sent via chat was responded to immediately and so friendly. Advertised as Grade A the Macbook Pro is completely immaculate. I believe a member of staff went in on a day off over Christmas to arrange for this to be delivered the next day. No issues with set up so far. Brilliant service, many thanks.

I purchased two MacBook airs from CheshireMacs last December. One recently developed an intermittent Wi-Fi fault. I spoke with CheshireMacs and returned the item. They acted to resolve the issue quickly and kept me informed at all times, fixed and returned in 5 days. This type of customer service is rare these days. I will definitely use them again. When they say 12 month warranty they mean it.

I have bought a rose gold which had an issue with the keyboard. The staff are polite and correctly addressed my concerns to return it and get a refund. I am happy with their customer ethics. I am sure many customers will still buy refurbished macs whicj works like a brand new one. Thank you!

Great price. Even better quality. My daughter is delighted (I'm a PC person, but if I need to buy next Mac it definitely will be CheshireMacs again). Also they packed it and shipped to us as quick as William teams changing tyres during F1 race.
