Going into the final phase of my commando training I had a previous ankle break which was still causing me issues. After asking for help they taped up my foot and made it as strong as possible to allow me to complete my training successfully through a very arduous course. I have no doubt that I wouldn't have passed without that vital application of tape. A big thanks for your help 👍

I was suffering from a bad shoulder injury at a very crucial part of Commando training. Glyn helped me out massively with care and monitored me over the last final days. I was able to finish the course with the injury as stable and strong as could be. Helped massively.

Absolutely incredible experience. I have had progressive knee pain that has gotten worse over the last 2 years to the point i couldn’t do 1 squat. It always killed when running but after a couple sessions the patella tendinopathy pain and range restrictions was significantly improved allowing greater range of motion and pain free running. Definitely making more visits… really appreciated the professionalism and results!
