The easiest 5 star review I have ever given. The difference in our little girl in just a few weeks after meeting Nikki is remarkable. She is much more settled and content. We can’t thank Nikki enough for that. Me and my wife walked out of our first session with Nikki and both said it was the first time somebody had listened to our concerns. We really appreciated that.

Nikki has been an invaluable part of my breastfeeding journey. After fighting on for 6 months with feeding issues Nikki knew from a brief 10 minute complimentary phone call what was causing the issues. She made everything make sense and put us on the right path to hopefully getting better results with feeding so that I can sustain my breastfeeding relationship up until natural term. She was so supportive and always got back to me whenever I had questions etc. can’t thank her enough il forever be grateful

Nikki came into our lives at a time when we were receiving so much contradictory advice and feeling completely let down by a system we thought would support us. I knew things weren’t right, and I was exhausted and worried. Within minutes of talking to her, Nikki made me feel seen, heard, and capable. She was thorough and direct, and she stepped into our world with so much knowledge, patience, and real, practical support that it finally felt like someone was walking beside us. Nikki didn’t just hand us a plan, she walked alongside us through every part of it. She helped me understand what we were doing and why, adjusted things when they weren’t quite right, and reminded me (often!) that I was doing a great job even when I felt anything but. With her support, we went from feeling overwhelmed and defeated to making pretty immediate progress and genuinely feeling hopeful again. She truly changed the trajectory of our feeding journey - and in turn, my baby’s health and his life. Nikki has made a lifelong impact on both me and my little boy, and I am endlessly grateful for her expertise and her heart. We will always carry with us the wisdom and warmth that Nikki shared with us in abundance. If you’re struggling or even just unsure, don’t hesitate - she’s exactly the person you want in your corner.

Nikki made me feel so comfortable and her expertise and knowledge is incredible! She really helped me through such a tough time with my little one. Feeding and sleep issues have been eradicated! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

Nikki truly saved my breastfeeding journey. I can’t believe I am still exclusively breastfeeding at 8 months after having mastitis 3 times and was told by the NHS that there are no issues as baby was putting on weight. Nikki was able to identify that baby had tension and a tongue tie. She gave us all the support that we needed, answering questions late in the evening, fitting us in at the last minute although she has a very busy schedule and giving us aftercare support after baby’s tongue tie procedure. She also gave us advice on pumping and bottle feeding when I couldn’t breastfeed due to my mastitis. After the tongue tie procedure, Nikki helped me work towards exclusively breastfeeding. Baby weight has even increased from the 25th percentile to the 90th percentile. Anyone that knows Nikki can see that she truly cares about every family that is under her care and will give her 100% to support them in any way she can.

We used Nikki when we were feeling pretty low and desperate after our little boy was not gaining weight and there seemed to be no support from the NHS. It’s a very vulnerable time for new parents but Nikki is so warm, kind and respectful of you and your baby. She never pressured us and really listened. Our baby did in fact have tongue tie and she supported us through having it cut and the exercises afterwards. We joke in our house about photos of our little boy as pre seeing Nikki and then post seeing Nikki because he turned into such a little chub. I was really sad when we didn’t need to see her anymore because she is so lovely. I am in a WhatsApp group for mums and someone asked to recommend a feeding specialist and 8 of the mums recommended Nikki. This is how good she is and how much people love her!

Nikki saved my breastfeeding journey. I honestly would not have breastfed my son for eight months had it not been for Nikki. I saw Nikki when my little boy was just days old after I didn’t receive much help with breastfeeding from the hospital midwives. She quickly latched my son and her approach was so kind and empathetic. She then supported me with sessions (and on WhatsApp) and dealt with an over supply issue. My son also had a tongue tie and so, she supported with that too and after that was addressed, his feeding improved ten fold. We first met Nikki when my baby was 3 months old and way below the centile chart. I was adamant I wanted to continue breastfeeding and Nikki supported us so we were able to continue doing that. We are now 8 months down the line, we are still breastfeeding and he is above the centile he was born on! Non of this would’ve been possible without Nikki’s support, everyone should have a Nikki in their lives! My baby is so much happier and healthier, he was on the edge of being tube fed. Nikki reassured me every single step of the way. Nikki listened to what I wanted and made a personalised plan that suited us as a family. We had been seeing the infant feeding team but no plan was put in place for him for over 12 weeks despite his weight falling off the chart! After being referred to the hospital and given an unrealistic feeding/pumping plan we found Nikki. We were no longer tied down by strict feeding and pumping schedules. Instead had a plan that was baby led and his weight shot up. Thanks to Nikki we are still breastfeeding. We loved Nikki so much that after his weight was steady we moved onto the sleep element. This has also improved significantly after following Nikki’s advice. She’s made our breastfeeding journey stress free and I began to enjoy being a mum again without worry. I would recommend her to every new mum and will definitely be back for the next baby.

We used Nikki for lactation support for our second child after a previous bad experience accessing feeding support via the NHS with our first child. From our first meeting in pregnancy I felt reassured as we had a plan put together for post-birth and someone to contact when we needed. When my son struggled to latch post-birth Nikki was there with advice and we followed the plan that we'd previously put together. We had problems with oral function/tongue tie and weight gain over the next few months and used Nikki to help improve our son's feeding journey while his tongue tie was cut and he adjusted. My son is now 3.5 months old, his weight is perfect and we are successfully breastfeeding - this wouldn't of happened without Nikki and I am so grateful for her help to meet my own goals with breastfeeding too. I always recommend her to others and I think making a plan in pregnancy was also invaluable! Nikki is also a holistic support and was always giving us tips to optimise feeding and general newborn behaviour/sleep. My son is happy, sleeps well and feeds well and this certainly helps for baby number 2! I wouldn't hesitate to return to her for more support if we need it in the future.

Nikki has helped us with three major elements with our 3 month old baby, one being latch and oral function , two being bottle refusal and three sleep ! Not only did Nikki identify a tongue tie which we previously had removed, she also assisted us in getting my breastfed baby to accept a bottle which i thought would never happen until we met Nikki! We have continued to work with Nikki to get our Daughter having longer stretches of sleep at night once put down and the difference made in the matter of days has been incredible.
