These are absolute cowboys. They have absolutely no idea how to deal with rogue airlines, such as WizzAir or other similar low cost airways... I was waiting close to 2 years to get my money (1 years and 10months). You have absolutely no chance to speak with a human being over the phone, You can only email them and on top of that they usually don't respond within their (usual) 5 business days. Ohhh and I almost forgot they charged me more than the money I actually received from the airline, they charged £180 and I received £167... No comment. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I had two other cases with 2 airlines since I asked their "help" (one of them was the same company they are trying to deal with). I have done it by myself on the airline's website (in both occasions) and I received the money within a month. So my advice to You is to do it for Yourself. Don't make any solicitors richer! By now the airlines know (by law) what they need to do without solicitors.

Unsuccessfully tried to get compensation from Ryanair for a 5hr delay, so thought I would give these guys a go on a no-win-no-fee basis. It took 18 months (!) as it had to go through a full legal process including going to court (!!) but last week I hard that we had been awarded the compensation; £186 per person after Bott & Co had taken £112 each. Was minimal effort, got the odd email update every few months, and now have the money in my account! Would recommend trying – especially if you have already been rejected by the airline.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. JUST TAKING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Waiting already 6 months for money. They took 400£ from my case and stil have just only one response: “We are continuously chasing the airline for an update regarding this matter. Please note that as soon as we have received an update or received payment from the airline, we will update you with the next steps.” And I can’t even cancel it and do the complaint with airline by my self because I gonna have to pay money to Boot and Co… so maybe I will wait another 5 years. Who nows. ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY.

Terrible experience - stay away, they are akin to a scam! They are totally unprofessional and dealing with them is a nightmare. After almost 2 years from my accident (a serious one that led me with permanent damages) they still did not get my health documents. It took them 1.5 years to contact the counterpart's insurance company. They assigned at least 6 different people to my case but none of them has ever been available for a quick call. Communication is extremely difficult, they respond very rarely to emails and they never call back.

Went through Bott and Co for a flight delay claim. They charge such a high fee per person and I ended up doing it myself but because they were also involved I still had to pay them £180 PER PASSENGER. I would recommend just claiming yourself.

This is our first experience of no win no fee. It was the Martin Lewis recommendation that made us look closer. Having given Bott & Company a small amount of information they did the rest. They were professional, speedy and kept us briefed on each stage. Considering that we did nothing, we were pleased with the result that they achieved. Quick and easy.

Bott & Co helped my whole family ( eight of us ) to get compensation from BA for a delayed flight. Their comission rate was very high but it was far better than trying to deal with BA directly ( I will never trust them again ) I just wish I could have spoken to someone from Bott & Co on the phone, they only communicate by email and never answered my questions directly. At least we all got the compensation minus the huge commission fairly quickly.

Avoid this company at all costs, they do NOT act on your best interests and are incompetent crooks. They were the legal cover provided by my insurance company after I was rear ended on an icy road, the driver accepted full liability, I was referred to a physio which was a 50 mile round trip, when submitting my claim for travel expenses which was 45p per mile I was informed that some 3rd parties only pay 25p per mile, Bott & Co settled at 9p per mile for travel when fuel was the highest it has ever been in the UK, and without any consultation with me, how is that in my best interests. I had to go for a medical which was really just a production line of people in a hotel, I wasn't examined just filled in a form and got rid of asap, when I queried with Bott and Co about a lump on my wrist and loss of strength in my right hand that only started after the accident they said they couldn't disagree with the medical professionals opinion. They are hard to get hold of taking 5 days to answer one simple email and ignore what you say. In May I signed paperwork in which they stated an amount for my injury and I signed for them to accept no less, I recently got a pay out which was a quarter of the stated sum, when I queried it I was told the sum in the official document they sent was a mistake, how can a solicitor make such a glaring mistake and not be made accountable, this was also when I found out about the 9 pence per mail. In summary they do not listen, communicate or achieve the best outcome on your behalf, they just want a quick turn around. I shall be complaining to the Legal Ombudsman about this company, do your homework people and steer clear

Have had a very pleasant experience with Bott+Co, first submitted my claim back in May and heard today that I'm getting compensation for more than the cost of my original flight, after the airline said I was not entitled to anything. I had the option to select bank transfer or receive a cheque so I've selected bank transfer for convenience. It is unfortunate that the fees are more than what I'm getting compensated but considering I've had to do nothing except fill in a few forms while they have done all the ground work, it makes sense that they received a fair fee for the equivalent of the last 3 months of work. Will gladly use again if needed.

It took over a year for them to get back to me. The Owner of the Company claimed that I gave the wrong name in his reply- what rubbish and to think they were recommended by Martin Lewis of Money Saving Expert. Don't use them, they are a waste of time. Air Canada had a mechanical breakdown on their aircraft and this caused a delay of over 48 hrs. My husband was travelling to see his critically sick sister, but she subsequently died before he arrived. We took Air Canada to the Aviation ADR and the Chief Adjudicator ruled in our favour, but Air Canada refused to pay a penny, so the only option available was to take them to Court and Bott and Co couldn't or wouldn't help.
