Anthony is always very friendly when I pop in to drop off Evri parcels. This shop is quick, friendly, and tidy.. always my preference!

The Wilmslow branch of Johnson’s is fab. There seems to have been a change of staff and procedures last year which means it’s now run very, very efficiently. There only ever seems to be one chap doing everything but as a regular customer of Johnson is everything seems to be infinitely more efficient since the recent changes. The service is very friendly and he goes out of his way to be helpful. I use Johnson’s for alterations, dry cleaning and very regular Evri drop-offs. There’s free shortstay parking at the front of the store, and a large fee-paying car park at the back.

It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star but I had to put 1 to post. I went into wilmslow Johnson’s and there was an older lady and a young girl. When I arrived the older lady carried on talking and left me stood there waiting for service. I brought in an item to be dry cleaned and the older lady served me. I asked a question and she was quite abrupt in her response. She had no customer service skills, no eye contact or care what so ever. Shocking service. Made me feel quite unwelcome. Really rude and poor customer service. I actually never write reviews but she made me feel so bad I felt I had to write one. I have a think skin but someone with low self-esteem could take a real knock being treated like that. It was on the tip on my tongue to say some something but as I had just left an expensive item of clothing I decided to leave it. I sent my husband to collect the item as I couldn’t bear to go into the shop again. WILL NOT BE VISITING AGAIN. Absolutely shocking.
