I ordered some toys for a present they came faulty and when I went to return it I was told it can’t be returned as it has been damaged by myself even though it came damaged in the first place. Luckily the other staff member was very kind and helpful and sorted the problem out in the end.

A joke of a place. Paid a pound for parking, machine didn't give change (was a 70p charge). Tried to get money back for parking, but would only my give 70p, even though it cost me a pound. Awful customer service. You've left a sour taste in my mouth for the sake of 30p. I'm not desperate for 30p by any means, but it's principle.

Asked whether my order had arrived and was told no, he did not even check. Not even interested. Got home to find e mail stating it had indeed arrived in store. Not impressed at all.
