This is the second time I’ve used them (first was at our old house) and both times have been a good experience. I did the layout myself so can’t speak to that, but they were great at talking through product options and talking things through with me to make sure it would work. Dave did both installs and I’ve been super happy with his work. He’s really hard-working, turned up every day for three weeks until it was finished, and always checked with me before making decisions like where to put lights or equipment. Overall, really happy!

We picked this company from the trusted trader lists and it proved to be the right decision! Dave the fitter turned up promptly every day until completion (no disappearing to do other jobs!) and did a super job. A couple of inevitable snagging issues were dealt with very quickly and we would be happy to recommend. A pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

We recently had a bathroom renovation completed by bathroom installation services who are based in Wilmslow .The whole experience was exceptional ,from the first meeting with Lee who was very helpful ,he went through the process with us and then we made our choices ,no pressure just helpful advice and best of all no rushing .Then the next stage Dave who did the work came to our property to measure up and he then explained how he works and again gave sound advice .Once the work was agreed a date was arranged for the start date .Once underway we knew we were in safe hands .Dave is an exceptional tradesman ,very skilled and a clean and tidy organised tradesman who took pride in his work .The end result was everything we had hoped for and more .A mention for Lia who organised the delivery's and payments .Thanks to All ,and we have no hesitation in recommending this company .

We've had a great experience from start to finish with Bathroom Installation Services. Massive thanks to Aaron who managed through our design and arranged the installation and Dave who fitted the bathrooms. The jobs were arranged quickly and easily with no delays across either bathrooms, the price was good, and the rooms have been completely transformed. Most notably, Aaron redesigned our tiny en suite in a way that maximises space and amplifies light so that it now feels roomy and a nice room to be in.

From the initial contact through to design & installation Aaron & the team were very professional & delivered exactly what was expected. Dave our fitter did a first class job & the 3 year warranty gives real peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company to any family & friends.

Very pleased with the service. Thought the whole thing was done very professionally - the design session and ability to make some tweaks to that over time and see how it looked I think really helped in getting the result we really wanted. The fitters were a great pair of lads, and were very respectful & professional and went out of their way to check things on the spec and advise me on changes (eg the tile trim) which has actually made a big difference to the outcome. Very punctual and the quality of work is excellent. Whilst the price wasn't the cheapest quote we received, other quotes didn't involve the design service and regardless I am very happy with the value for money on the job (from a product, warranty, and workmanship perspective) and would definitely use the company again and recommend to others.

Have just used Bathroom Installation Services to redesign, supply and install our new bathroom. The service from start to finish was outstanding and utterly professional. We chose this company as they were recommended by Which? Aaron came to see us and listened to our ideas but also offered help and advice. We then took part in a Zoom meeting where we were presented with our new bathroom in 3 D format. After a couple of weeks our installation began. The installation was all project managed so we didn’t have to lift a finger and when the work started it was all to such a high standard. The work was done by Chris who is an outstanding professional constantly checking to make sure you are happy with everything and leaving the work area tidy each night. Bathroom Installation Services have recently completed a full makeover of my bathroom and I am delighted with the results. I get very stressed about this type of work being completed in my house but it's been an absolute pleasure. The project required a wall being removed and the whole bathroom being extended. A new wall was put in, the room was fully plastered with new tiles (including floor tiles), paintwork, and full new suite was added. The room is transformed and looks amazing. From day 1 the service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the proposals being put in to a 3D virtual reality experience, and the end result is identical. The fitter Chris seems to be a master of many trades, with each element being completed to high standards with no short cuts taken. I was away for most of the project and Chris sent me photos each day of the progress made, and kept me in the loop with any queries or advice. He also went above and beyond to come over at weekends and evenings to discuss the final touches. I have a number of trades in my house at the moment who are doing other jobs and every single one of them has said it is the best tiling they have ever seen. As well as the workmanship the company seems to be very professionally run by Aaron, with excellent communication and response times, and full paperwork and guarantees. As you can see I couldn't be happier, and I could not recommend them any more highly.

I would very much recommend Aaron and the team at Bathroom Installation Services. They recently fitted a new bathroom for my mum and the whole experience was great. During the initial visit Aaron listened to everything we wanted and instantly put mum at ease with his recommendations and insight into what was required. The project was started on time and all costs were clear upfront. I was on holiday during the work, but Mike the fitter was fantastic with mum and sent me updates on progress. The quality of the finished room is just what we wanted and the detail of the tiling stands out, even after mum made some late requests. We are already talking about a new kitchen next year.
