Very helpful! Helped me out immediately and got the mower sorted.

Their process for completing orders makes sense and worked well, the service was done on time, and it was miles better but kept cutting out. The response over the phone was not great, and I had to chase to see if it was fixed, but I figure it's just one of those things and I will use again.

Purchase Ego Battery Lawnmower from them. Same as Internet Price. Extremely helpful and informative. Personal Service means a lot. Would reccomend highly. Also, they are there for back up service.

Sent my lawnmower in for a service. Then stored it upright. It didn’t run properly with white smoke (which was my fault) sent it back to them and they sorted it for free. Great service! You wouldn’t get that from a big chain company.

Bought my lawnmower from here last year because they matched the internet price, and I wanted somewhere I could take it back to for servicing and repairs if any were needed. Neil and Dennis were very friendly and informative and took the time to explain things properly to me, it also felt my purchase was appreciated. Recently had my hedge trimmers in for sharpening, which 2as completed the same day, would definitely recommend them for purchasing or servicing any garden equipment.
