Sadly our visit was simply unpleasant quite frankly. The lady who spoke to us upon our arrival was let's say rather neutral, appeared fed up to the back teeth and somehow aloof. I felt I should apologise for our intrusion. It doesn't take much to smile and welcome customers surely? Then there was that Julia Roberts moment, where one assumes you cannot afford to be in a certain shop and with a wry face the lady told us, 'their wallpaper prices start at over fifty pounds a roll' and asked if this was alright? In other words, can you afford this? If only you knew lady...

Friendly and helpful staff, with constructive advice despite my enquiry turned out to be outside their msin line of business.
