Absolutely delighted with my new (to me) laptop, a refurbished HP Probook, ex-business machine. I needed to replace my old HP Elite Book with something capable of running Windows 11, and Wilmslow Computers provided the perfect answer. They cross-loaded my data onto the new machine, and I collected it later that same day, after they had had it for only a few hours. It is as good as new, and should last me for a good few years. Dave and Steve provided a superb friendly service with solid advice throughout the process. I had not used Wilmslow Computers before, but will certainly be doing so for all my computer needs from now on.

My 2014 5k iMac developed a logic board problem after six years of service. Apple and their authorised repair partners classed this Mac as “Vintage” and told me it was unrepairable. I called Wilmslow Computers as they were reasonably local and dropped off my iMac the next day. I expected to have to wait several days but incredibly. they turned the repair around within 24 hours and I collected my fully repaired Mac the next day. The cost was a very reasonable £475 including parts and labour. They replaced the logic board and reinstalled my original SSD drive so all my settings were in place. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
