Reviews for KEYNOTE EDUCATIONAL, WILMSLOW

Keynote offer an impressive range of professional development opportunities to the education sector across subjects specialisms and levels of leadership and management. The stratified nature of the courses mean that all levels of an educational establishment can be challenged, from senior leadership to early career teachers. Keynote demonstrate agility in the development of both courses and conferences which adapt to the current market and keep up with educational trends.

Having experienced firsthand the quality of both the online and face-to-face courses run by Keynote I can recommend them! Great speakers with great expertise and genuinely useful take-away materials.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend a Science Leadership Workshop, and I must say, it was nothing short of exceptional! This workshop was an eye-opening experience that left me feeling inspired and empowered to take on leadership roles in the field of science. The workshop was expertly organized and conducted by a team of passionate and knowledgeable facilitators. Their enthusiasm for science and leadership was infectious, and they created an engaging and interactive learning environment. From the very beginning, it was evident that they were dedicated to helping us develop our leadership skills in the context of scientific endeavors. What truly set this workshop apart was its emphasis on practical skills and real-world applications. We learned how to effectively communicate complex scientific ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and navigate the challenges of leading scientific projects. The case studies and role-playing exercises were particularly valuable, as they allowed us to apply what we had learned in a realistic setting. I also appreciated the emphasis on ethical leadership and the importance of fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity in science. It's clear that the organizers are committed to not only producing strong scientific leaders but also responsible and compassionate ones.

Keynote provides bespoke courses that are focused on any aspect of the curriculum that providers ask for, including specific skills and any recent changes in the course requirements for the current year.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! This company is a joke - they never confirmed my course. The reason? My email was wrong on their system and after contacting them several times, they finally changed it to again another wrong address. Result: I missed the course but they charged me anyway. In the last many weeks, I have sent them several emails but they ignored them all; I want my refund and I will not let you go. If only I had read the reviews before booking it.

Severally disorganised company! Keynote were supposed to let me know location details 2 weeks before the course- received this information in just over a week but only when prompted from me. Course then cancelled last minute due to train strikes, fair enough. I was then transferred across to another, similar course to then be removed from this, after booking travel, which is now not refundable and then put on the original course but online. No offer to reimburse travel costs and very poor communication. Nightmare!

Appallingly unprofessional, wouldn't consider booking anything with Keynote.

As per previous reviews, I've had a CPD event cancelled twice, and despite 3 emails have received no refund. They keep barraging me with marketing emails though. I've spent probably four times the amount of time in admin with Keynote than the length of one successful CPD session.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Never received my cpd but have been asked to reschedule it for the fourth time (and it's also exceptionally expensive). They took my money in October and are now finally promising the cpd will happen in... June. And yet its been rescheduled three times since and none of these events have gone ahead. Worst cpd provider I've ever interacted with. They still have my money and I've still received no cpd and have made me look like an absolute fool when l have had to reschedule time booked off for this with reception so many times.

Un-professional and generally awful to deal with as a customer, I would personally avoid like the plague. There are so many other training providers for education out there that don't treat you in this way and who actually treat you like a human being. The "director" of the company, Pam, is a seriously horrible person and a nightmare to deal with at the best of times. She smiles to your face, seems pleasant, but then will turn very quickly and become rude and frankly unbearable to deal with when you need something confirming or you need some times or dates. Who knows which side you will get of her? Frankly, I wouldn't take the chance on her and her company, go somewhere else. I saw another review on here describe the management as rude and generally obnoxious, and I can get much confirm this to be the case. You would think that they would listen to their customer base. Alas, not! Summary: AVOID at all costs!
