I’m only assuming as it links up with the time you open and close and the direction they walk in, the staff that park on river street are loud, rude and park so the pavement can’t be used also outside of peoples houses who live there and can’t park outside their own house are these people provided enough car parking spaces? Needs to be sorted or at least be quiet and be considered to the people who live there and also not parking the car in the front door.
Update: still parking in my front door, sort it out. What if I had a child and needed to get the pram out the house? Or shopping bags? If the car is scratched what do you expect??? Lazy lazy lazy people, learn how to drive and park. If they can’t even drive properly what makes you think you can have common sense to work????

The recruitment process for Pareto is fast and they are really helpful. Had my assessment day with them recently and it went well and they allowed candidates time to gain confidence in order to show what they are capable of. Tom Rushworth helped me throughout the process and was always there when I had any questions.

The recruitment process for Pareto law was so fast. Recently had my assessment day with them and it was such an enjoyable experience as they put you at ease and had tasks that were very fun and engaging. Tom Rushworth was the graduate manager from Pareto law that coached me and really helped me through the whole process. On the same day of passing the assessment process, the Pareto law team was quick to give you opportunities tailored to you. Definitely a company that has the best interest for you!

I had a great experience with Pareto law. I had an assessment day which was exciting and enlightening about the roles and company we were applying for. Max Lewis from Pareto coached me from start to finish to make sure I was well prepared for the assessment day and I think it was his coaching which helped me get the job offer and also score very high on the assessment day. Can’t recommend enough!

Nothing but positive things to say about Pareto Law. The recruitment process was fast and efficient; From the moment I applied, I had a response within 48 hours and then my graduate manager Molly Sefton, interviewed me and put me through to the assessment day the following week. Molly was very professional and dedicated to ensuring I was prepared for the assessment day- giving constructive advice and regularly keeping in touch to see how I was my preparation was going. The assessment day was insightful and very engaging. Great experience overall!

From the moment of contact with Pareto and my graduate recruitment manager (not sure if that is the correct term but first point of contact) Levi, the whole process was highly professional and efficient. Levi was super helpful, encouraging and engaging, making me feel both confident and comfortable going into the assessment day. The assessment day itself is long but again engaging and definitely worth all the prep time before hand. I already have 3 interviews set up in 24 hours all arranged by Pareto staff since being successful at the assessment day. Thank you Levi and all the team at Pareto.

My experience with Pareto was excellent. The process felt extensive and thorough from start to finish. Claire was on hand to assist in my preparation for the virtual assessment day and was a great sounding board. She also provided me with a few helpful tips as to what to prepare for.
Multiple opportunities were presented to me within just a couple of days of passing the assessment day. All of which, were tailored somewhat to the line of work I was looking for. Each assigned recruiter helped to prepare me for the individual interviews. It was thanks to Grace who put me in contact with my new employer and allowed me to understand the role more thoroughly.

Pareto Law have been fantastic with my journey to find my perfect role. The assessment day I participated in was well presented, thorough and I really enjoyed the experience. The support system in-place is fantastic, in particular my graduate manager James Moore was exceptional in providing honest feedback and support that really helped me improve my presentation approach as well as helping me feel confident that I can really develop into a top Salesperson and make a difference in the industry.

I had a great experience with Pareto, my graduate manager Elliot McGinn was incredibly supportive and friendly whilst helping me prepare for the assessment day. The assessment day itself was very enjoyable and offered an excellent learning opportunity. I received constructive feedback and support throughout the whole experience and would definitely recommend Pareto to any graduates looking to start their careers.

I was a bit sceptical about Pareto Law having read reviews online. However, when I attended the Assessment day at Oracle's Reading Office for a Communications role, I quickly realised they offer a credible, legit, professional service. Shoutout to Izzy Jamous for getting in contact with me and making the process really smooth. I would highly recommend attending a Pareto Law Assessment day and Izzy herself.
If you're successful on the day it's great, but, even if you're not, I believe Pareto Law keep looking for roles that are a better fit, so I don't see any downsides to attending the Assessment days.
However, I would knock one star off for a lack of communication and transparency regarding contracts and the fact I would be working for Pareto Law rather than the company, in my case Oracle. This made me feel a bit uneasy as it was a shock to learn when reading through the contact, after verbally accepting. But to be fair to Pareto Law, both Daren and Adam explained this to me and put me at ease very quickly.
