Lovely salon with really helpful and friendly staff. The salon is very welcoming and comfortable and the heated blankets on the beds during treatments are a really nice touch.

I was at the salon to see Dom Hallam, the physiotherapist, who is there on Mondays and Thursdays. I have seen him over a number of years and can recommend him highly.

Hate to be that person and leave a bad review however I feel the business ‘Asthetics by Wiki’ who is located at this salon, customer service is shocking and needs to be addressed so others are aware before making a booking. They have removed themselves on Google and I’m unable to leave a review on their Facebook page, I wonder why…! I booked an appointment several months ago for a £60 consultation, as I was wanting various facial treatments but wanted some expert advice from the girls at Wiki first. I paid the deposit in full and was looking forward to popping down to discuss the beauty treatments. Judging by their social pages, they seemed to be a reliable business and looked really professional. However, this was not the case. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I had an email from them to say my appointment time had been changed from 6pm to 3.30pm. I had no correspondence prior to this and they made no effort to contact me after the change either. In a bid to speak to somebody regarding the changed time, I messaged them numerous times as well as leaving calls and voicemails as of course I wouldn’t have been able to make the earlier time due to work commitments. My messages were read and ignored. I was polite and messaged again asking if I could change my appointment date altogether as they had just changed my slot without consulting me first and I didn’t want to lose my deposit. Still no response. Then, less than an hour before the expected appointment, I had a message from the PA to ask if I was wanting any treatments with my consultation? Completely ignoring the fact I said I couldn’t attend the appointment and not an apology for the inconvenience or lack of communication. I then politely replied that I’d already explained several times about the appointment and that I’d be happy to get treatments once I’ve had the consultation. My message got read and blanked yet again. They clearly didn’t want to do a consultation which was paid for months ago, but was instead hoping I’d just get there earlier and get treatments on the day so they can have the quick cash. I now feel let down as I was really looking forward to the appointment and I have lost out on money due to no fault of my own. As a business owner myself, customer service and satisfaction is so important and I was shocked at the little communication and service I received. Would definitely not recommend Wiki Asthetics to anybody!!!

Recently completed a course of laser hair removal with Charlotte at the salon. Lovely salon and always excellent service. Very pleased with the result as well. Thoroughly recommend.
