I had stuff to donate but I didn't see a sign in the window if they were taking donations or where to take them so I went in and asked a staff member I'd they were taking any donations of books, "says very clearly we aren't taking donations in the window" ,no sign in the window, staff are very rude

We made a furniture donation here and I have to say it was so efficient from start to finish and the lads who picked it up were lovely and friendly. Out of all the charity shops we have donated to they are by far the friendliest and helpful.

Very very expensive shop , don't expect any bargains here, furniture is practically the same price as you can buy new.

A great little charity shop with friendly and helpful staff. They have a good selection of refurbished electronics, sold with a 6 month warranty, which gives real peace of mind. Plenty of car parking available too, making it really convenient to visit.

Love this shop. I think it's one of my favourite charity shops to shop in, as there's loads of room to move about (so you're not climbing over each other like in some shops) and the items change regularly, so every time I go it's full of 'new' stuff! There's also a handy changing room.
Always bargains to be had in the furniture section, but you've got to be quick as it's soon sold.
I didn’t realise, but they also have an eBay shop (that's probably why things get sold so quickly), so I'll be checking that out for sure!

Awful experience today with the manager who nearly had me in tears! I donated lots of clothing and by accident put in a very prescious vintage dress. I asked if I could check and see as it was only a day and she was so rude shouted at me and wouldn’t help at all. I will not be donating here again or shopping here. So shocking to experience such meanness in a charity shop!

Very Rude manager called Gabby, she doesn’t deserve to run a charity shop because she looks down on the very people who buy from shop.
She picked my shopping and dropped it on the floor twice and wasn’t even in her way or blocking anything. She speaks rudely. I’m never ever buying from shop again. Get rid of her.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service!! I went in to the Wilmslow shop with my daughter we spoke to the assistant manager I offered him a deposit of 50 pounds but he said it wasn't necessary and we secured the sale if a lovely LShaped sofa the assistant manager Bart put a reservation sign on the sofa and we were completely assured that the sofa was ours However I returned the next day as agreed only to find that the sofa had been sold to someone else!!! My daughter was absolutely heartbroken the assistant manager said he would ring me after speaking to the area manager STILL WAITING!!!!
assured him we would return on Saturday (the next day ) and pay the full balance
