Bought these bifold doors 6 years ago looked fantastic really opened up the house being 6 doors wide !! sadly 6 years on we have one door which is rotting which has taken 24 weeks for the company to supply a replacement door - ‘under good will’ and not because they have a ‘10 year guarantee’ !!! Which has fungi growing from it like an old tree!!! Now I have one of the other 5 doors leaking water in from a seal at the bottom of the glass, somehow getting under the glass unit and trickling into the house - only to be told it’s the 10 year guarantee paint I’ve used and they won’t be supplying a new door!!! Even though the quick fix has been to put some clear silicon over the top of the seal and it’s miraculously stopped!! (Doesn’t look good though) Also I have to pay to a trades man (again) to come and take the old door down take the connections and locks off refit them on the new door and then put it up! Wouldn’t recommend very poor

The project was to replace poorly fitted French Doors in a Victorian terraced house. The opening was narrow for many manufacturers, but Creative had just the product. Delivered within a week of ordering and all in good order. It was relatively simple to build the frame, and thankfully the concrete lintel it was being fitted to was horizontally true. In all approx 8 hours to get to secure closure with a couple of hours spent finishing around the frame the job was complete. I'm fairly handy at these projects and found it straightforward, if you are a novice then you may need some professional assistance. I recommend Creative, nice products and quick service. As they say - read the instructions until you know them of by heart - it really helps, and get a decent spirit level !

Fantastic customer service. Special mention to Amy(?), the sales rep. She was patient yet persistent. Carefully explained the answers to some of my more inane questions and sent me tons of materials to enable me do my research. Communication was exceptional, I was kept informed at every stage and delivery was fast with loads of updates and information throughout the process. WIll recommend, highly.

Superb communications and stuck with me for weeks as I decided whether the doors would fit my old house. Superb quality doors and fittings and easy to fit with good DIY skills. Cheaper than custom made softwood doors from a local supplier.
