I have recently started Tracey's Beginner Pilates Classes. Very professional, clear instructions and 1 to 1 direction within a small group class. My back feels so much better! As a total newcomer to Pilates I am thoroughly enjoying learning with Wilmslow Pilates!

I really enjoy my pilates class and feel it provides much benefit to my overall health and well-being. Tracey my pilates teacher is fantastic and the studio has a lovely feel. The class size is perfect which enables Tracey to observe each of us individually and therefore able to correct us if need be to perform pilates safely and ultimately effectively.

Tracey is an excellent Pilates teacher who runs classes for all abilities providing all equipment in a modern studio. Students can work to their own requirements following clear instructions at all times.

Excellent classes. I attend on Monday morning. Tracey's instructions and very clear and easy to understand. The classes are varied and interesting and work on different levels to suit one's experience. I have been doing Pilates for some time now and Tracey still makes it challenging, but if I am having some issues then I can work at an easier level. Excellent venue which is easy to get to.

A welcoming friendly atmosphere which makes the effort it sometimes takes to go to the Monday morning class worthwhile. Often feels quite hard but I always feel better at the end.

Exercises are appropriate for the class. Teacher demonstrates the moves and helps if necessary. Each move is demonstrated and the group is advised to use moves as appropriate. All equipment for use in the class is well laid out before class begins.
