I've been really pleased and impressed with Apex Doma, the solar install was really smooth and all the staff were all super professional. The turn around time from order to install was quick and I was kept up to date along the process as the various steps such as G99 application was submitted and approved. I would highly recommend talking to Ian, Adam or anyone else in the team. Everyone is really knowledgeable about the systems they install. Talking to Ian helped me understand the bigger picture and how everything works in the system and the best way to utiliise the system based on my usage. I was so pleased with the work and experience that I have gone back to Apex to add an EV charger to my system. If you're thinking of getting a solar pv or battery system you should definitley give Apex Doma a call, I'm confident in saying you will be very pleased with going with Apex for your new solar PV system.

Our 12 panel / battery / inverter installation was all done in just over a day, although up to 3 days was allowed in the schedule . A very positive experience; from the ‘no pressure’ initial meeting with Ian to look at the options, the quality of the quote material, to the installation ( thank you so much Liam, Charlie and Sam). The team work really well together, they are organised and very approachable. Well done.

I have had my solar pannles installed since the end of October. It's very hard these days to find tradespeople who don't try to rip you off. From the start, Adam explained everything out clearly, gave good clear advice on what to get to suit the property, rather than simply offering the most expensive option and he also offered a very reasonable quote. The installation is immaculate, everything is square, sturdy and there are no messy holes or baggy wires anywhere. The equipment itself is fantastic, so easy to use and really good quality. Adam and the team really take the time to explain how to set up and use the equipment. I am switched over to Octopus and along with the Give Energy app, we may only be in November, but the amount of solar I am getting and the difference already is huge! They are friendly, personable and clearly love what they do and the products they sell.

I recently had 12 Solar panels (a full roof!), battery system and invertor system fitted by Apex Doma and I've got to say that they were polite, tidy, helpful and a pleasure to have working on my property. Everything was explained to me whenever I had a question regarding the installation. Ian was fantastic in the first instance, coming round and explaining the process and it was great to see the other partner of Apex Doma call round to make sure that the installation the going to plan. Liam and Charlie were polite, helpful and made very as little noise/disturbance as they possibly could during the installation of the panels and the Electricians/Techs (Joe,Matt and Sam) were cracking lads (don't be put off by their youthful looks) they were super helpful, tidied up after themselves and answered all my (daft) questions. I'd definitely recommend Apex Doma to anyone wanting a Solar system fitted by a trusted, honest, upfront & local company. The whole process of getting solar panels from Apex Doma was faultless. Everyone at the company has been really friendly. It is also obvious that they all really know their stuff. We got three quotes and only Apex Doma were able to provide a full and complete quote and answer every question in detail. The other companies also wanted to put the inverter outside where it was more convenient for them but would have led to long term issues for us. Apex Doma listened to us and agreed our preferred location was perfect. We dealt mostly with Ian for the survey and quote and he went into everything in great detail. He always got back with clarifications or answers to any follow up questions. The panel installation was straightforward and completed by a team who were polite and friendly and cleaned everything up. Guy and the electrical team were superb. The team of scaffolders were also great, as were Jenny and Adam who provided us with support during and after. All of the teams were obviously well coordinated. Everyone was polite friendly and efficient. Following installation, support from Apex Doma has continued and they've provided technical support videos and sorted out all of the paperwork. They also offer all of the post installation servicing, but like with the quote, there is no hard sell. Following the positive experience from quotation, survey and installation, I would definitely trust them for all of our servicing needs. I have every confidence that Apex Doma will be there to answer any issues if they crop up. I would like to thank everyone in the company and would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting solar panels.

Matt from Apex Doma installed an EV charging point today. The work was done efficiently, respectfully and with no damage to property and cleared up. Excellent attention to detail and although encountered a unexpected glitch, with no fuss sorted the issue. With Adam, they loaded the app for charging so it was a simple point and press to get the system going. Excellent workmanship and customer focus

Apex Doma installed a Givenergy Solar / Storage system at my home, consisting of 16 solar panels, a 5kw invertor and a 9.5kw battery. The Apex Doma team arrived on time and completed the installation in two days to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them again to fit an EV charger in the next couple of months.
